Refund policy

At Its All Natural, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll do our best to support you.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in its original condition. In its original packaging where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please contact us at hello@itsallnatural.ca before returning an item. We'll provide you instructions  for the return.

The customer s responsible for the cost of return shipping.
